restaurateurs, Jack and Maria Paladino, the restaurant will

installation of a fireplace and several other changes to the
dining area, a more comfortable, Victorian feel is in store. You will find a modern American menu which will include
several of the restaurant's traditional entrees, but with new
side dishes, and a wider selection of wines and cocktails. The
owners have a goal of getting every ingredient possible
from within a 5-10 mile radius, wines included.
