Linda and I want to thank you both for a truly fabulous stay in Gettysburg.
Everything was perfect--the
location of your Inn, the room, the breakfast, the guests (can you believe
the coincidence with 3 of us
being model railroaders!), even the weather (how did you do THAT!?). Your
selection of a restaurant
for dinner and your choice of Stuart for a guide were also incredible. We
enjoyed them both immensely.
Your recommendation to see the Visitor's Center (film, museum, and
cyclorama) first was also
correct . . . and while obvious, your 3 hour estimate and the fact it was
located on our route in helped our
planning). Our only regret as we departed was we didn't stay a second
night. Hopefully we will be able
to rectify that omission in the future. Please be sure we will recommend
you to our friends.

Our breakfast
buddies were pleasant and friendly and we loved being greeted by Oliver. He is
adorable!
We have been raving about the accommodations and experience to
friends and family. I have
no doubt there are some who are already making plans
to encounter your hospitality first hand. An
opportunity to enjoy your eggs Benedict will be the
motivation for our next visit to Gettysburg :o)

both thank you so much for your hospitality this past weekend. Jim
and I enjoyed our stay so very much at your beautiful Inn.
The Inn is gorgeous! It is the first time
either of us have stayed at a B&B
and yours was first Class. Becky, you
are an excellent cook, your breakfasts were A-1! Mike, you really took your time
with your guests and explained everything very thoroughly. You both made us
feel so very welcome and at home. We will
definitely return for a visit and
have already recommended you to our friends and family. Give our best to your
staff and
of course, Oliver too. If you would like, I am an avid gardener and
would gladly send you some seeds for some of my
perennials to add to your
already lovely gardens.

To everyone at the Gaslight Inn. We loved your B&B!! M6y daughter and I were on an outing and your place was great. We stayed in the Aster room. It was very clean and comfortable. (My daughter wanted to sneak the bed out to our car and take it home, but she thought someone might notice!) The food was great. I ate way too much. we didn't eat any lunch that day because we were so full. The cookies and drinks that were available anytime were a wonderful touch. We wish you the best. Carol and Jessie

We just wanted to thank you for making our visit to Gettysburg so memorable. The inn is lovely and so very comfortable. And the breakfasts were outstanding. (I forgot to get the "recipe" for the maple cups for the eggs and how that is done.) They were so good, as was the creme brulee French toast. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated.
We especially want to thank Elizabeth for making us spur of the moment reservations for the guided tour
of the battlefield--our guide was excellent. We'd love to do it again and hope we can soon.

Becky, Elizabeth & Mike - Thanks for making our stay at The Gaslight Inn last week a great one.
