Open the wrought iron gate and wander up the brick path leading to our Pennsylvania bed and breakfast inn, past the glowing gaslight, to the garden patio. Sit and enjoy an icy drink on warm summer evenings or hot coffee on crisp afternoons during your Pennsylvania getaway.
Unlike normal Gettysburg hotels, the Gaslight Inn has kept the ambiance of times past. Enjoy our inn's two elegant parlors, separated by majestic pocket doors, and the spacious dining room where the chandelier and oriental carpet recall the 19th century, when this house was new.
Our historic Gettysburg B&B’s cheerful Garden room has been customized to accommodate the needs of our handicapped guests, yet is charming for all our customers' use. This room opens onto a large, garden patio where you can enjoy a table in the shade or a sunny spot to read a book. |

Now, climb the stairs to our additional eight light-filled, custom-decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath. Luxury amenities abound: fireplaces, covered decks, whirlpool, and steam showers for two. Should you choose not to completely escape the modern world, an in-room telephone and television are provided.
On the second floor, you will find four of our guestrooms and the entrance to our second-floor covered deck where you can relax in cushioned chairs that overlook the garden.

More rooms and an additional deck overlooking the gardens are located on the third floor. Take the covered stairway down to the garden patio, sit and listen to the water splashing in the tiny pond, and let us help you plan your visit through the many sites of historic Gettysburg.
